flasHR is an AI-powered hiring platform designed for educational institutions to streamline teacher recruitment. The Platform provides tools for candidate screening, evaluation, and communication management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is intended for use by a single individual and sessions may be restricted to one device at a time.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Candidate information uploaded to the Platform is processed solely for hiring evaluation purposes. Organizations retain ownership of their data.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence for candidate screening, resume analysis, and evaluation scoring. AI-generated assessments are provided as recommendations and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. Human review is strongly encouraged.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Platform's operation, uploading malicious content, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
flasHR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
